Device checks

When you move from Android Chrome to iOS Safari, we compare device type, IP pattern and session token. If the match looks unusual, we pause sensitive actions until you confirm access.

Wallet privacy

For DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, we keep transaction references, timestamps and status codes. We do not need your full app password, and support will never ask for it.

Record retention

We keep account and transaction records for operational, security and dispute needs. When a file is no longer required, we remove it from active tools or reduce it to a limited audit record.

Correction requests

To update stored details, go to Profile, select Security, then open Active Sessions or Account Details. If the field is locked, send a privacy ticket and we will verify ownership first.

These answers focus on how we collect, use, share and correct your data on jasabet. They do not replace the full Privacy Policy, but they help you decide what to send, which channel to use and what we may ask for before we adjust an account record.

We collect the details needed to create and protect your profile, including phone number, login name, password hash, region signal, device data and wallet references. We also keep support tickets linked to your account.

We store transaction references, payment status, timestamps and account matching details for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. We do not store your wallet app password, and our staff should never ask you for it.

Cookies keep you signed in, remember language settings and help us detect unusual login attempts. If you clear browser cookies, your next login may ask for OTP or another ownership check.

You can request correction through Profile or a privacy ticket. Deletion depends on records we still need for security, payment disputes or account verification, but we will explain what can be removed.

Device checks help us confirm that the person opening the account is really you. OTP may appear after a phone change, repeated failed login attempts or a session from a new browser.

Only staff assigned to account, payment, security or privacy tasks can view related records. We log access to sensitive files and ask teams to use only the data needed for your request.

We keep records while they are needed for account operation, payment tracking, security checks or dispute handling. Older files may be removed from active tools or kept as limited audit records.
